Here are answers to some common questions. 
  • What are your business hours?

    Our regular business hours starts at 8:00 a.m. and ends in 5 p.m.  All emails received after office hours shall be responded to the following weekday morning.  

  • How much are your services?

    Initial meetings for consultation and training needs analysis are free of charge within Metro Manila area and via meeting platforms such as Zoom, Skype, etc. 

    Investment costs depends on the project or initiative.  

    Regular Seminars are set for 8 Hours, while Follow through Meetings, Coaching and other Developmental Initiatives are dependent on Consultants Time Engagement.



  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    Cash or Check payments are accepted addressed to Fiat International Training and Development. 

     

  • Can we ask for a discount on your investment cost be lowered/ be requested at a discount price?

    Yes, We can can negotiated specially for interventions that require multiple runs or batches or need Follow-Through Sessions.

  • Can we pay half the price of the investment cost for a half day session?

    Consultant time is always priced at an 8 Hour schedule. Half Day Sessions shall be charged at a full day cost .

  • What does the Total Investment include?

    Total Investment Cost as stated in the last page of the contract include the following: original soft  copy of the Workbook, Consultant’s  Process Design, Processing of Pre-Workshop Inputs, Post Program Report and Top Management Debrief.


  • When do you bill us?

     We request 50% downpayment for regular  two or three day Workshops and full Payment is expected at the end of the Intervention. 

    For long running capability building projects (3 months or more)  like ISO  Certification  Campaigns,  Competency Identification projects, PMS Design and Implementation Projects, we offer staggered payments.

  • Do you provide sample copy of the workbook before being considered as a 3rd party supplier?

    No we don't.  Although part of the presentation would be some of the frameworks  to be used during the workshop. 

    Copies of both the slides and workbook can only be given once the final contract has been signed. 

  • Which is better, to conduct the training within company premises or to an agreed company preferred location?

    It is advised to follow the 500 meters rule away from the  company premises to ensure focus in taking in information and understanding it fully. 

  • Can you send us your proposal on (Name of the Program) immediately?

    We do not  have off the shelf proposals. We always customize our proposals based on Client Needs and the nature of the Intervention. We normally ask for a day or Two.  

  • What happens next after you have delivered a program?

     We prepare a Post Program Documentation and give the corresponding recommendations. We can also conduct Followthrough activities, depending on the nature of the project.

  • How can you help us diagnose our Training and Development needs?

    We follow certain Basic  frameworks that we have developed through years of practice.  We also  use  Company developed Assessment Tools.
